BOOKING CONDITIONS
- General Terms
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- By making a booking, you agree to these conditions along with any specific terms stated at the time of booking.
- Payment
- A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days after the booking date.
- Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 28 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a partial refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be ineligible for a refund.
- Changes to Booking
- Requests to amend bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability.
- Any price differences due to changes will be payable at the time of amendment.
- Customer Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate details at the time of booking.
- You are responsible for arriving on time and complying with any health, safety, or conduct requirements.
- Provider Responsibilities
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety issues).
- In such cases, a full refund or alternative booking will be offered.
- Liability
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury except where required by law.
- Participation in activities is at your own risk.
- Governing Law
- These conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey, and any disputes will be subject to its courts.
