BOOKING CONDITIONS

 

  1. General Terms
    • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
    • By making a booking, you agree to these conditions along with any specific terms stated at the time of booking.
  2. Payment
    • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
    • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days after the booking date.
    • Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation.
  3. Cancellations & Refunds
    • Cancellations made 28 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a partial refund.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
    • No-shows will be ineligible for a refund.
  4. Changes to Booking
    • Requests to amend bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability.
    • Any price differences due to changes will be payable at the time of amendment.
  5. Customer Responsibilities
    • You must provide accurate details at the time of booking.
    • You are responsible for arriving on time and complying with any health, safety, or conduct requirements.
  6. Provider Responsibilities
    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety issues).
    • In such cases, a full refund or alternative booking will be offered.
  7. Liability
    • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury except where required by law.
    • Participation in activities is at your own risk.
  8. Governing Law
    • These conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey, and any disputes will be subject to its courts.
